Delivery
$69 per order, however many pieces, anywhere on the list below. Free on orders of $500 or more.
How it works
- You order and pay online.
- Your glass is cut, edge-polished and, where selected, toughened. Plain cut pieces are quickest; toughened pieces take longer because the glass is processed after cutting.
- We email you to confirm a delivery window before dispatch.
- The glass is handed over and checked with you on arrival.
If your job is time-critical, tell us when you order (there is a notes box at checkout). We will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.
On the day
- Someone must be there. Glass is not left unattended.
- Clear the way. Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow side paths or upper floors.
- Check every edge before the driver leaves. A chip on an edge matters more than a mark on the face.
- Store glass on edge, leaning slightly, on something soft. Never lay it flat on a hard floor.
